Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, featuring a very spacious bathroom and a small balcony, but missing basic amenities like a chair or a writing-desk. The location was ideal, close to all the main attractions in Lisbon and within walking distance of everything, although the service left much to be desired with the manager never available at the reception desk. The dining options were varied with halal food available, but perhaps lacking some variety. Overall, a decent stay with a few hiccups.
The hotel offers excellent facilities and very spacious bathrooms at a relatively large size for the price. The menu could be improved.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and modern with a large bathroom and excellent facilities, but lacking a chair or writing desk on the small balcony. The service was a bit of a letdown with the manager constantly unavailable. However, the location was superb, very close to the Tagus River and all major tourist spots. The dining options were satisfactory with a variety of international dishes. Despite some shortcomings, the facilities were top-notch.
The hotel has excellent facilities and very spacious bathrooms, but the rooms lack a chair and a writing desk. The small balcony adds a nice touch, and the value for money is great.
The hotel has very spacious bathrooms with excellent facilities. However, there were no chairs or writing desks in the rooms, which was a bit inconvenient. The service was good overall, but the manager was rarely available. The location was very close to a 'tram 28' station, providing easy access to touring sites. The dining options offered a variety of hot and cold selections, but the poultry choices were limited. The facilities were well-maintained and convenient. The price was reasonable considering the value provided.
The hotel is centrally located near the Tago river, providing easy access to all the main attractions in Lisbon. The rooms are spacious and offer excellent facilities, though I could occasionally detect a faint sewer smell from the river. The dining options are diverse with both hot and cold selections, but the organic pulled pork was a standout. The service, however, was lacking as the manager was consistently unavailable, even at the reception desk, which was disappointing. Despite this, the friendly staff tried to compensate with various services like room service, car hire, and housekeeping. The price was reasonable considering the amenities, but I wish the airport shuttle was included instead of being an additional cost.
